(no subject)
Jun. 10th, 2012 10:41 pmFinally done with first half of summer term, started first week of internship, combined that with evening teaching and then ended the week with a massive migraine.
And then apparently I've rendered my new kindle hors de combat. It's got a recharge icon on the screen and, though has been recharged for about 10 hours, remains unresponsive.
Thanks, RL. Thanks very much.

But I did find the time to watch Men in Black 3, so that was nice.
Also, I must be the only person for whom migraine 2.0*, which is the one I got this time, can be alleviated by singing and listening to music through earphones (something about the vibrations moving through the facial bones), so I'm listening to music.
*I get two types. Version 1.0 is the one where I get pre-warning of pretty coloured halos around everything, which is the critical period to down painkillers, after which a mysterious being starts trying to put screws into my head from now until Sunday. Version 2.0 starts at the jaw, lasts much longer but responds to painkillers much better.
